Yes, we ship our signature cakes and sweets across the United States. Each cake is carefully packaged with insulated liners and cold packs to ensure it arrives fresh at your doorstep.
Can I place an order for local pickup at the Chicago bakery?
Absolutely! You can select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to prepare your handcrafted treats for collection at our 75th Street location.
How should I store my cake once it arrives?
For the best experience, we recommend keeping your cake refrigerated until 2 hours before serving. This allows the caramel and sponge to reach the perfect room-temperature consistency.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
While we specialize in traditional Southern recipes, we currently do not offer a full line of vegan or gluten-free cakes. Please check our seasonal menu for any limited-edition dietary-specific items.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order was damaged during shipping or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I customize a cake for a special event?
